Inspired from 19th Century designs originating in Glasgow at the famous Sun Foundry, the gates are perfect for restoration and regeneration projects, as well as for the discerning homeowner.
Crafted in solid cast iron with an equal passion and using the same traditional time-honoured techniques used to make the originals, the Stewart, Tall Stewart and Gilberton Collection represent the finest quality available today.
Whilst the designs and materials used are totally authentic to the originals the gates have been developed with the modern homeowner in mind. The driveway gates have been designed to make installation simple and to allow for integrated automation systems to be incorporated. Intercom and electronic locking systems can also be used with the pedestrian gates. All gates, railings and posts are supplied in a red lead primer and black undercoat in readiness for the final topcoat to be applied after installation.
